Joe Burton

Chief Executive Officer

Joe Burton is an accomplished executive who has led public and private billion-dollar organizations in driving new product portfolios, go-to-market strategies, and innovative business models. Having spent the earlier parts of his career in information technology, Joe is passionate about fostering more transparency and trust in the digital world, while championing high performing cultures aligned to mission, vision and social responsibility.

A recognized global transformational change executive, Joe has held the CEO role at Telesign and Poly, as well as serving as the Chief Technology Officer of Unified Communications at Cisco. Having started his career as an engineer, Joe brings both product and development expertise as well as a wealth of knowledge on big data, analytics, machine learning, SaaS, networking, unified communications, consumer electronics, and IoT.

Residing in the San Francisco Bay Area, Joe completed the Stanford Executive Program and Directors’ Consortium at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and earned a bachelor's in computer information systems from Excelsior University.

James Moore

Chief Financial Officer

James Moore is a seasoned management professional with deep expertise in finance and information technology. Over his career, James has helped companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations, tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions. With experience spanning the Technology, Entertainment & Media, Casino Gaming & Hospitality, Construction, and Automotive sectors, James brings a versatile and results-oriented approach to his work.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), James combines financial rigor with IT governance expertise. His commitment to delivering innovative solutions and driving organizational success is reflected in his ability to align strategic initiatives with operational goals, ensuring optimal outcomes for both small and large-scale projects.

James holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Anthony Gaskell

Chief Revenue Officer

A founding member of Reputation’s international organization, Anthony leads Reputation’s European business. Joining the company in 2015, he has been instrumental in the high-growth of the business across the region and has spearheaded key partnerships and ongoing relationships with major European organisations, from Automotive to Hospitality, in over 25 countries including Hyundai, Inchcape, Kia, Mitchells & Butlers, British American Tobacco, and more.

Prior to Reputation, Anthony has over 15 years of experience in leading business segments within some of the world's largest financial services organisations, including Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and Zurich.

Anthony holds a BA (Hons.) Degree in Music and Technology from the University of Liverpool, England.

Kristi Melani

Chief Marketing Officer

Kristi Melani is a transformational marketing executive with 30+ years of experience building high-performing teams, scalable marketing operations, and revenue-driving programs across high-growth startups and billion-dollar global enterprises. As Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Reputation, she leads global marketing strategy with a focus on brand trust, go-to-market excellence, and customer-centric growth.

Kristi is known for building marketing organizations from the ground up—creating clear processes, measurable frameworks, and cultures rooted in accountability, transparency, and performance. Prior to Reputation, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Telesign and held senior marketing leadership roles at Anaplan, Poly, and Plantronics, where she led global teams, drove significant pipeline growth, and supported large-scale transformations and integrations.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from San Jose State University and is a recognized industry leader and advocate for inclusive leadership and responsible innovation.

Anuradha Choudhury

Chief Technology Officer

Anuradha Choudhury is a seasoned technology executive and engineering leader with over two decades of experience building complex software systems across Networking, Cloud Services, and Automotive Technology.

As Senior Vice President of Engineering at Reputation, Anuradha leads the company’s global engineering organization, driving innovation and execution across its SaaS and AI-powered product portfolio.

Throughout Anuradha's career, she has consistently delivered high-impact results by setting up and scaling world-class engineering teams, defining forward-looking technology strategies, and bringing cutting-edge products to market. Her leadership has spanned globally distributed teams and fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on operational excellence, technical rigor, and customer-centric product development.

Anuradha is known for high judgment and clarity of thought, with a unique ability to influence at all levels, align cross-functional stakeholders, and foster a culture rooted in learning, inclusion, and innovation. Her passion for building platforms that power the future—whether in cloud infrastructure, intelligent networking, or AI-driven automotive systems—continues to shape her leadership at Reputation.

Anuradha holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Computer Science and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Cary Bran

Chief Product Officer

Cary Bran is a seasoned product and strategy executive who has led organizations in driving innovation, global growth, and market-leading product portfolios. With over two decades of experience rooted in technology and artificial intelligence, Cary is passionate about creating impact through innovation, fostering win-win strategic partnerships, and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals with clarity and purpose.

A recognized transformational leader in the unified communications space, Cary currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Reputation. Previously, he has held impactful roles including Global Head of Zoom Rooms and Workspaces at Zoom, Chief Product Officer at PitchHub, and Group Director of Conferencing at Tymphany. Thriving at the intersection of technology, business, and customer success, Cary brings both visionary strategic planning and deep domain expertise across AI and data intelligence, SaaS monetization, hardware and software product management, and complex conferencing platforms.

Residing in the Greater Seattle Area, Cary earned a Master of Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Computer Science from Seattle University, in addition to being a certified AI product strategist.

Jamie Girouard

Chief People Officer

Jamie Girouard is an accomplished executive with more than two decades of global HR experience, primarily within the technology industry. Currently Chief People Officer at Reputation, Jamie has served as a CHRO in various private and publicly traded companies, including Quantum Corporation - and, most recently - Telesign. Jamie is known for innovating total rewards programs and helping organizations develop high-performing teams through initiatives focused on culture enhancement. She brings a unique background blending statistics and psychology that she applies to create people-centric human capital strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Her expertise spans employee engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition, executive coaching, organizational design, and HR operations. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jamie has been the Executive Director on local and national non-profit boards.

Jamie holds a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Colorado State University.

Shannon Brayton

Shannon Brayton has more than 25 years of experience leading teams and shaping corporate narratives for some of the world’s most innovative and disruptive brands. She is currently a partner and the Chief Marketing Officer at Bessemer Venture Partners, a venture capital firm that funds consumer, enterprise, and healthcare startups. She and her team work closely with portfolio companies on their marketing strategies and brand communications. She’s also a member of the Board of Directors of Vidyard, a software company that hosts and analyzes companies’ video strategies; Quizlet, a leading consumer learning brand that builds tools for teachers and students; KQED, a public-supported alternative to commercial media in Northern California; and Reputation, the only platform that manages consumer feedback from acquisition to loyalty. Shannon is widely regarded as a strong operational executive and a world-class manager and leader.

Shannon joined LinkedIn in 2010 as its Vice President of Communications, and in 2015, she expanded her purview to oversee all marketing activities at the company as CMO. She led a team of 700+ professionals around the world who covered all aspects of integrated marketing and communications, including product marketing, market research, brand, employee communications, social impact, demand generation, and events. Shannon and her team are also credited with managing the LinkedIn communications strategy for the company’s acquisition by Microsoft, which became a blueprint for managing M&A in the media. She was also responsible for the communications strategies for the high-profile IPOs of both OpenTable in 2009 and LinkedIn in 2011.

Having risen through the communications ranks from PR Associate to Chief Marketing Officer, Shannon has been credited with many corporate and consumer public relations successes. Her diverse experience includes managing all aspects of a company’s public profile — from developing crisis plans and IPO roadshow decks to building global teams and producing high-impact consumer and customer events. In addition to the 26 years spent in Silicon Valley, Shannon lived and worked for two years in Zurich, Switzerland, further broadening her perspective as a global executive.

Shannon was named one of the world’s most influential CMOs for three consecutive years by Forbes Magazine, and she was described by PRWeek in 2017 as “a force of nature any company would want on their side.” Also, as part of her role at LinkedIn, she enjoyed the privilege of interviewing a variety of luminaries, including Richard Branson, Chelsea Clinton, Reed Hastings, Reid Hoffman, and Michelle Obama.
